What This Training Covers

This certification course prepares you to moderate the World Vision Connect platform — a safeguarding-first communications platform for WVI staff and youth program participants. Five modules. Approximately 8 minutes each. All scenarios are drawn from real platform behavior.

By the end of this training you will be able to: navigate the full moderation console, read and interpret any alert type, make documented decisions on flagged cases, and execute escalation protocols correctly.

The Core Principle

AI pre-screens. You decide. No youth participant is ever contacted, restricted, or escalated without a human moderator making that call. Your training is not a formality — it is the reason this platform can be trusted.

How Certification Works

Each module has an Overview, a Practice section, and a Quiz. You must pass the quiz at 75% or above to advance. There is no limit on retakes. Complete all five modules to unlock your certificate.

Required before live platform access. Completion of this course is a prerequisite for being granted moderator credentials on the World Vision Connect platform. Your certificate is issued by The Proudfoot Group / ChildSafe.dev on behalf of World Vision.
